Yeah, it was Tallinn or some other historic Estonian town. I had to laugh at the suggestion of Prague as it's smack dab in the middle on the continent and you couldn't be further from the sea.
I'm sure there's river cruises that go there, but those are way smaller ships than the one Joe was on. Maybe he could join one of them in 2026 when money runs low again.

Joe's life could have the makings of a hilarious sitcom. The disgusting, bloated loser, bragging about his fantastic life even as he wallows in total failure. You could easily get an entire season out of his seafaring adventure alone.
