My favorite episode of the cruise saga was when he was docked at some city (Prague maybe?) and rather than do anything culturally enriching, he paid through the nose to uber to a casino only to find out it didn’t open until 6 PM.

Yeah, it was Tallinn or some other historic Estonian town. I had to laugh at the suggestion of Prague as it's smack dab in the middle on the continent and you couldn't be further from the sea.

I'm sure there's river cruises that go there, but those are way smaller ships than the one Joe was on. Maybe he could join one of them in 2026 when money runs low again.
