"For every gram of fiber you eat per day, you can subtract one gram of carbohydrate"
This sounded strange to me so I googled it and what I read says that fiber is a carbohydrate, so you can only subtract the fiber carbohydrates. So it's not like you can eat 100 grams of Colon Blow and then you're allowed to subtract the the 100 grams of carbs you got from bowl of candy or loaf of bread you ate earlier.
Also he mentions chowing down on leafy greens and shows a photo of nasty ass chicken with no vegetables. Hilarious.
