Which way?! Medium or well done?
I don’t have a case of the sugars, but is an A1C of 7 still not super great?
According to the CDC it means you're diabetic:

"The following ranges are used to diagnose prediabetes and diabetes:

  • Normal: below 5.7%
  • Prediabetes: 5.7% to 6.4%
  • Diabetes: 6.5% or above"
So, I guess when he said "Normal" he meant "Normal for a diabetic" ??

I've enjoyed going on this health journey with Brother Joseph. Thus far, we have learned that taking your prescribed medicines can help manage chronic conditions and eating healthy foods can make you healthier. I suspect in a few months, Joe will stumble upon the knowledge that taking brisk walks and maintaining an active lifestyle can improve your health and make you feel better.

On a long enough timeline, there's no limit to the knowledge Brotha Joe will discover and share with his expectant following!

Take your prescribed meds, cut out sugar, eat like a normal adult and you too can get your A1C levels down to just a normal level for a Diabetic person!

A roided out JoeH is a pipe dream. A steroids rant how ANYONE CAN DO IT!!! then a week later he dies of a heart attack would probably be one of the funniest possible cow moves.

Want to manage diabetes? Don't eat sugar, take prescribed medicine & eat a responsible diet.

I think Joe may have stumbled onto something here.

I too am going to start stating known facts as if they're new discoveries to sound smart. The day before Thanksgiving is in my opinion, the busiest travel day of the year. So it's best to plan ahead for contingencies ahead of time and get to the airport 4-5 hours ahead of time or even take an extra day off from work and leave two days ahead of time.
