The most important thing to get across (although Dan will probably address this I'm guessing) is that nobody here is responsible for or celebrates the swattings. Pig was more than happy to imply that everything that's happening to him is all being done by the same group - us.

If you take away the swattings, most of what's happening to him is just rascally shenanigans such as texting, which he could ignore; Twitter mockery, which he could also ignore (or just set his account to private) and a few other minor things. All being done by Redditors of course. Those guys over at r/cummingonfigurines are animals who need to leave Rick alone.

Also that 43 is severely inflated. The fire department, an ambulance, and cops rolling down the street for actual things that happened in his shitty neighborhood are included.

After that all the times the police didn't show up and left a note don't count. As far as pounding on his door, it maybe happened 10 times. Once before Norm/11. Once over the craiglist niggeroni which some redditors made the post, but a civilian notified the police which was not intended.

Also it was implied that 40 swatting occurred over the 5 years since this thing. Not so. It began 1 year ago during the mass Kiwi Farms swattings including MTG and Ethan Ralph, and once Pat got a taste of the welps, it ramped up on him and only him.

Remember, a tow truck went down his alley and he accused it of being there to take his rustang.

  • Rick's dishonest about the severity of the atalking. He implies that all of it came at once 5 years ago. SwaTTings didn't occur until a year ago after he lost the lolsuit. Redditor texting didn't begin until somewhere in 2021 and was introduced by an outside party, after he had tried to sue us and deplatform us on multiple occasions. It cannot be stressed enough that he is the one who has always escalated the situation. Getting the sub banned because people laughed at him. Suing 60 people for poking fun at him.
  • Go into detail on the shittiness of the lolsuit. How pathetic and petty the charges were. How they went out of their way to target Quasi. How Resto was deceptive about our locations. How Rick's shit conveniently got 'vandalized' when the suit wasn't going well. How they failed to satisfy Krinsky. Also point out how disrespectful and dismissive Rick has been of the judges since, and how he behaved at the Nadolski hearing.
  • Point out how many times Rick has blatantly lied about the swattings, bomb threats, etc. Make sure to include the 911 call logs and tweets, I'll try to compile a list of every lie if you want me to. Point out how many times Rick has claimed we did shit to him that cannot be verified at all too.
  • You probably don't want to push the self-swatting hypothesis too hard. Just point out the inconsistencies and Rick's weird statements about things he couldn't have possibly known. Make Javier understand that, whatever's going on, Rick has been consistently dishonest and weird about it and us and the Kiwis are the only ones who actually want to find out who did it.
  • Point out how their nonsense about us stealing Gemini, Telegram accounts, SSN numbers, forging credit cards in their name, shutting off their fucking gas etc etc are all logically and even physically impossible.
I wouldn't go too deep with shit like "the voicemails are clearly him! None of us talk like that!", or pointing out how despicable he is on Twitter and in his private life. The former will be too esoteric for Javier, and the latter will just look like an obvious attempt at rationalizing the Redditors' actions after the fact.

Just cold hard facts about the many thousands of times Rick has been proven to be lying or a genuinely bad actor in his own right. The fact that he's constantly trying to pin stuff on us that we couldn't have possibly done or known of or that could've even happened full stop should speak volumes.

His story of the police showing up “demanding to know where the children are” is so ridiculous that I personally suspect he somehow saw the ad and called the police himself to tattle on it or some shit.

He only needs the tiniest granule of truth to spin up some insane bullshit. They probably stopped by or called him back at his own request and he turned it into The current tall tale.

Dan's two biggest points of emphasis with Javier were:

1. Patrick is an unreliable narrator who embellishes or tells outright lies for attention.
2. You need to separate the text/tweets/pranks from the very serious swatting claims. The OnAForums group has universally condemned the swatting.

Think about it. With Patrick S Tomlinson, where do you even begin? You've started with Patrick complaining about all the stalkering, so now you hear the other side of the story and, again, there's just so much lore. Do you start with child abandonment and disowning, or mother/baby murder threats, or those awful tweets where he talks about raping your mom, or the fact that his credibility is completely lost 100% with "the gay virgin Fatrick" or the fact he ripped off his viral tweet about saving embryos or the fact that he tried to use the system to railroad BDA only to get childed by the judge or that he's friends with lots of trans/pedo sympathizers?

Any single one of these could take 15 minutes minimum to dive in to, and many of them much longer.

Patrick really is the best lolcow of all time.
