As has been mentioned, working out regularly and pursuing a creative endeavor are always good ways to go. Also suicide is really fawkin brooootal on the people who love you. I can't overstate that enough. Using it as a solution does nothing but bring pain and hardship to a lot more people than you expect. It's not worth it.
If all else fails you could also start painting your face and go to Japan.
