- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Yeah but Opie has a waterfront mansion, penthouse condo, and a restaurant paid off and handful of other properties under a shell company. Bobby probably doesn't even own his house. Opie's radio career made him a millionaire. Bobby's career should have left him homeless honestly.
Opie threw a jab at Bobby. Bobby responded in full force because he can't take a joke from Opie. Opie can't take a joke from anyone so he went full nuclear and ripped Bobby apart. And Bobby's 'joke' wasn't even good. I doubt Opie wants to work anymore seeing how his brand of humor would get him banned from his show the first day. He was more edgy than any comic on O&A and constantly pushed the show into 'we might get fired for this' territory. The O&A show if it were made today wouldn't even be allowed on any major podcasting platform.
Like if Opie ripped on that porn whore and made her cry today he'd probably be suspended or fired. If they did jokes about the homeless they'd be tossed from their network or platform. It's why no shows today are as funny as O&A. No company will put that kind of show on.

It's because the other options were Jay's other faggot friends that people vocally dislike but he always forces upon people anyway. Kind of like how the fans have been begging them to get Jay's inconceivably annoying girlfriend off the show for years and he knows but doesn't care. Joe Derosa, Mike Finoia, Josh Adam Meyers and Justin Silver would have been Jay's picks. Derosa in particular is actually openly bitter that he didn't get it. Bobby seemed like a decent compromise at the time but then from his very first show he just started making up wild lies and sticking by them. Jay called him out, the producers called him out, the fans called him out, but he says to this day that his subway knife fight story that he obviously made up on the spot actually happened.
At this point I'd say they should just fire Bobby and give it to Mike Finoia. Nobody's listening except me anyway. I'd rather hear Jay riff with his actual friend than have Bobby awkwardly kill every bit of momentum all the time. About a week into Bobby being cohost, they had Tim Butterly (Philly Shane Gillis acolyte comic) on and he was so funny with Jay you could almost hear the regret that they had Bobby sign the contract and never even considered Butterly.

Bobby is doing a great job at killing The Regz with his massive ego. If you want to see why he never hit it big in the industry, there’s a YKWD episode from 2018 with Shane Gillis which was Shane’s first appearance. Bobby and the cunt manager of the Comedy Cellar spent the entire episode gatekeeping him and saying he needs to learn his place. Just putting in no effort to help a younger comic. And Shane was by far the funniest one on that episode despite the room being against him.
