I'm not even sure he has preferential treatment at this point. If he did, he wouldn't keep getting suspended in the first place. I just think everything at Twitter is automated. We report him, he gets suspended. He appeals it, he gets unsuspended. He'll probably get suspended and unsuspended a couple more times today.
