- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.

- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.

- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

Johnathan Schwarz was a radio legend in NYC who started working at XM with Frank's Place when East Side Dave was around. One day Dave was literally starving from being being broke and just ate some shit he found in the fridge. Schwarz comes in and goes looking for his lunch, which is missing, and starts looking around to find Dave just chillin' eating his lunch. It’s pretty dumb to talk on the radio for so long then release a book filled with stories. Artie promoted his third book with the Buffy the Vampire Slayer story that he told a thousand times.
I dont think hes worried about dying in and of itself (i.e, what comes after death? What does dying feel like? When will it happen?) its entirely about the idea that his life up until his inevitable death is completely empty.
I think his hospital experience "woke him up" to some degree. He could have very easily died and the only people who visited him were Joe and Bobo. Not even fucking Norton or Joe Currie or Gavin or the other goddamn lowlives. His legacy in his personal life will be Missy, a complete whore who robbed him once before and...that's it, actually. And he has no professional legacy. Not in shock jockery nor in politics. No one will mention he once hosted the Proud Boys founder. No one will mention that at one point he was competing with Howard Stern.
They will simply mention two words to sum up the legacy of Anthony Cumia: "Nigger" and "Opie".
