I had to look it up. It seems that the process is either Pat was mailed the affidavit or given to him by law enforcement. It’s basically a summary of Quasis arguments and documents he’s submitting. Patrick has to sign that he’s seen it and he has the chance to make counter arguments or present his side. That then gets mailed back to Quasi to see and sign, i think. So yes basically
