Stop, my penis can only get so erect.

Pat will be dragged off to jail on a contempt of court charge whining and screaming like the sissy bitch he is. He may even have to be subdued Floyd style. He'll be off twitter for God knows how long and Laura Rich still won't notice.
He's gonna give a long winded speech about how unfair da system is thinking it will be shared millions of times on Twitter. Instead it will be edited and chopped up by us and used to make funny content

He was clinging to that Judge Pro Tem fucking up the law and not making him pay Quasi back. That was going to be his big "win" out of all of this. He knew his joke of a case was sunk but at least he was going to be able to say that he made the cyberstlakers spend a bunch of money they didn't have in court. Then the real judge delivered the "final punch" as Rick likes to call it. He's a loser. All he does is lose. Everything except weight because in addition to being a loser he's also very fat.

Couldn’t Fatso and Stavros appealed paying Quasi’s fees? I’m surprised he didn’t stomp his hooves and demand the judge child be added to the lol suit.

“Judge Fudge” still gets a niggas ribs every time I think about it. I thought he was about to realllly fuck this case up.
Judge Ashley was the hero all along. He tried to explain to Resto and team in his folksy style that this was an ill-advised case. But by letting it continue he managed to get (a) get Resto fired, (b) get SFWA on hook for $100k, and (c) get Fatrick on hook for $26k and rising. He was one of the heroes in this saga.

Hey Kim Folds, I'll still got that Courvoisier on ice for ya, girl. Call me 🤙🏻

Whether pig is dead or alive, all of this sounds like Nikis problem honestly. Patricks seems too far detached from reality. His addiction is too strong.
Youre right, of course. Sadly Niki is obviously just too dumb and codependent to do anything about it.

I wonder if her family is aware they now owe almost $30,000 because of her pet mongoloid?

I don't think so. There's really nothing to appeal. It's the law in California. Anti-SLAPP. 16, dick, law so I could be wrong.

I wonder if he is maybe gonna try and sue Minc/Resto and claim they didn't tell him he would owe Quasi's fees. Something happened around then with the NDA that's been theorized a lot but nothing concrete has come of it. I would imagine that if the SFWA or Minc or Resto was on the hook for it, Quasi wouldn't have had to hire the lawyer to collect the fees. They would have just been paid. So it seems like he's still on the hook.

he still owes. He could sue the lawyers and make them owe him but that wouldn’t change anything for quasi, just like quasi still owes Peña whether or not he ever collects from Rick

Even if that happened it would have only cost us like 50-100 bucks each to cover Quasi’s fees. He’s really dumb at this.

If the SFWA loaned Pig money then they certainly did so directly. It doesn't make sense for them to put themselves into the firing line by acting like plaintiffs themselves.

I was hoping Pat would go after them for malpractice if it is actually true that they did not tell him about the risk of being on the hook for Quasi's legal fees. I wonder if this firm tells any of their clients about this risk.

I would imagine their clients would be more reluctant to go after Yelp reviewers if they knew that their targets could lawyer up, win easily, and put them on the hook for their legal expenses, plus interest, plus collection costs. Of course, their clients are petty, vindictive losers who are already wasting money by hiring these guys. I'm guessing Minc Law has figured out how to finesse it into the conversation and make them sign paperwork acknowledging that they understand the risks.

I highly doubt that any law firm would tell their clients that the case is slamdunk.
They might be vague and try to confuse you but I dont think they leave you the option to sue for malpractise. Specially with a case that stupid.

Also Rick said in tape1 that his lawyers told him it is an uphill battle.

They did. Pig told Josiah in one of the interviews that there was the very real possibility that he'd have to pay his 'abuser's' legal fees. Oopsies.
I think the issue is Mr wine lawyer had no idea that the quash would be filed in CA where that is true. Once Quasi made his move did they realize what a mistake they made
