- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal to a troll. The individual in the video is very obviously Patrick S. Tomlinson.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never submitted this video footage during any of his many media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I grew up in a market with historic teams, I never felt a weird support for other major cities. Nobody outside of New England was happy with the Brady/Belicheck dynasty. Nobody outside Alabama is cheering for Nick Saban. Unless you're a bandwagon fan that changes allegiances at the drop of a hat, like your New Mexico friends. Bless anyone that can't take a $40 uber from your house to their home stadium.
I don't think there's a single Lakers fan upset that the Cavaliers are looking like a playoff team but the historic Chicago Bulls aren't.
Growing up in the Boston area will spoil you. All 4 of the major sports teams are original teams to their respective sports.
The only other market that can compare is the NY market.

Draisaitl is a dirty fag, McDavid has zero personality and everyone has a list a mile long of excuses of why they never win. Goaltending sucks? Holland buys them the best FA goalie. Needs better linemates? Gets E. Kane, and Zach Hyman (Jew!) but you will still hear about how the guy has no help.
I am semi hard at the thought of them losing again while millions of Canadians put on their thinking caps about why McBackcheck couldn’t win games 8-7 on the way to a cup.

Not a Canadian. Just can’t stand how quickly people were making McDavid out to be better than guys like Jagr, who is firmly in the top ten all time.
This is the first season of his career where he’s significantly outpacing everyone else, including Draisaitl. He’s doing it in a way that is comparable to guys like Jagr, Lemieux and Gretzky. Previously he was winning scoring races by 5 points and everyone was making it out to be utter dominance, which is ridiculous.

Yeah, I'm with you. I don't think Landeskog is gonna play at all this year, playoffs included. And missing guys like Manson and Helm has hurt more than I expected. Georgiev has been a pleasant surprise though, and as long as Makar and MacKinnon are around, the Avs have a window.
