I gave 3 weeks notice once to be nice and they started throwing a shit ton of extra work on me but my role is unsupervised so I just pretended to do it while working half days and doing the bare minimum so no one realized. On my last day I gave my supervisor everything and said “yeah you still have to do all of this”. Nice fry with the gate though, stupids.
I also once left a job by showing up at my regular time, but only going in to put my company stuff on my desk and leaving. They fired people left and right so I didn’t care about leaving notice.
