I fucking, hate this movie.... and that stupid fucking Boondocks Saints movie we could only get through 40 minutes of. We know you're Irish because you're poor and constantly drunk. Could you at least talk properly
Fuck I forgot how terrible Master of Disguise was. That shit killed Dana Carvey's career tooThe Day After Tomorrow (2004) is the worst movie I’ve ever seen. I hated everything about it. The ham-handed plot, the awful characterization with zero depth, the crappy CGI wolves that weren’t needed at all, Jay O. Sanders smiling before he drops to his death, the idea we are supposed to feel good that Dennis Quaid saved his son even thought millions of others died anyway. I loathe Roland Emmerich films and this is his worst for me. HATE this movie.
Jack Frost (1998). Really, The Day After Tomorrow is better than this on a technical level, but I just hate Emmerich and that movie so much that even this piece of shit ranks above it. The plot is miserable, the CGI snowman is a joke, Michael Keaton sucks, the kid starring in it is even worse. It has no arc, no action, no drama, just a meandering unwatchable mess.
Kazaam (1996). Truly awful. Shaq can’t act, the plot is senseless, the kid who starred in it looks like a cholo homo nowadays. The magical parts werent magical, the gangsters were faggots. Just awful.
Master of Disguise (2002). Never has expectations for it even as a kid, but the entire disguise portion is about 15 mins of the movie, and the credits are like 10 mins long cuz they couldnt even add enough material to make the movie a suitable length.
I Am Sam (2001). Sean Penn plays a retard while surrounded by actual retards. Maybe the most boring, manipulative pile of shit in the 21st century.
Down To You (2000). Julia Stiles is ugly and untalented.
Mercury Rising (1998) . Unbelievably annoying film featuring an autistic kid who is screeching and fearful the entire time.
ET (1982). Awful, depressing, boring. I can’t fucking stand this movie and I wanted that lugly alien to choke to death on a Reese’s Pieces.
Crocodile Dundee (1986). Incredibly boring and unfunny for an alleged comedy. Zero memorable laughs, the broad in it can’t act, Dundee is a dorky loser.
Van Wilder (2002). Really you can put in anything featuring Ryan Reynolds, but this one is particularly egregious. Frat boy humour coming from a smug asshole. Reynolds is entirely unlikeable.
Brain Smasher, A Love Story (1993). Post-peak Dice Clay movie. His obsession with being a rough guy despite his sausage-link arms and his ugly jewy face is at least worth a laugh.
The Pest (1997). Leguizamo is annoying and this movie is pure retardation.
I have many more but who cares.
I'll have to eventually watch this. To see how bad it really is.
Carvey already had a bad track record when it came to movies (except Wayne’s world) and this was the final nail in the coffin. Also came out same summer as Goldmember so it really stung to see it tank while Mike Myers had another hit. Of course Myers would kill his career not long after with “The Love Guru” which might just as bad as Master of Disguise.Fuck I forgot how terrible Master of Disguise was. That shit killed Dana Carvey's career too

How much more betrayal can you take?I knew it was going to be shit. Then the preview came out and was completely misleading so it got my hopes up. Then I felt like I was stabbed in the heart
Yeah outside of the first 5 minutes where it was all cameos (Danny DeVito playing mini me was funny) it was complete shit. I didn’t trust anyone who believed it was a funny movie. I was surprised how he completely killed his career with just one movie (Love Guru) after all the Austin Powers / Shreik success. But I’ve also heard he had become a real pain in the ass to work with from the success of those other movies so they might have been waiting for him to have a flop.Goldmember was fucking awful too.
It's crazy too because it wasn't even like the studio knew it was crap and dumped it. I remember they spent a shit ton of money promoting it. The trailer played before like every movie I went to see that summer and he event went on American Idol or some shit to promote it. They had ad's for it everywhere.Yeah outside of the first 5 minutes where it was all cameos (Danny DeVito playing mini me was funny) it was complete shit. This is one of the most boring pieces of shit I ever had to sit through in a theater. Worst of all I went to a 10pm screeningIt's hard to come up with an answer that tops the cesspool of german cinema.
It's ridiculously bad save for a few standouts way back like Nosferatu, Das Boot, etc. and a few great actors.
I've watched like 10 superhero movies and when a few friends dragged me to go see the last Avengers one I stopped being friends with them pretty much and vowed to never see one of these again.
I remember this being the worst ordeal to sit through. Just unadulterated dogshit:

I guess they figured it was gonna be his next franchise so they just trusted him even know they thought the jokes were shit since goldmember was just the same jokes from the previous Austin powers movie (talk about lazy) and that made money. Once it tanked and lost so much money they realized “oh it’s not us…he’s just run out of funny ideas”It's crazy too because it wasn't even like the studio knew it was crap and dumped it. I like Michael Mann, but I've heard this movie is boring as shit and avoided ever since. it was also a major flop. Grossed $19 million against a 70 million budget. This movie I really hated - Helmsworth proving he’s a shit actor and can only have a hit playing Thor. Nobody would ever mistake Helmsworth for being a brilliant computer hacker - he looks like he couldn’t figured out how to turn on a computer.

This might have actually been the offical start of Hollywood woke bullshit. I remember seeing rave reviews for it as if it was some kind of modern sci-fi comedy masterpiece. All I remember from this movie was them running into the lady they mugged at knifepoint and said "hey we were just as scared as you!" as if the audience is supposed to empathize with these animals in any way.
That was why I watched it because I like Michael Mann (love Thief, Manhunter, and even Collateral) but it was complete shit. Hopefully his upcoming movie “Ferrari” will be return to better work.I like Michael Mann, but I've heard this movie is boring as shit and avoided ever since. it was also a major flop. Yeah this one was pretty terrible.
