What's some vegan food that doesn't suck absolute shit?

If everyone stuck to shit like that it'd be no bother but people don't hate vegans because they only eat vegetables. It's the advent of replacement food that masquerades as biologically superior because no animal suffered for it's production that's the problem. I've spent ages dealing with this shit because everyone who dines out nowadays has a life threatening allergy that they're only ready to tell you about once they've ordered food. I couldn't pronounce more than half of the ingredients on the back of a pack of vegan cheese, it might as well have the chemical property value on it.

There was a Chinese wedding I was working at about a year ago and when the guy got asked if there was any dietary stuff we needed to know about (for like 150+ heads) and he said no. My boss pressed him saying that's a bit weird and his response was "if they have problems with the food they can go somewhere else". Veganism is like trans rights, it doesn't exist as a pervasive idea anywhere else in the world. Only in modern western culture is it slammed down your throat like human nature is a bad thing.

i edited that. what I mean to say is that this isn't an idea you'd be fearless to bring up at work in Belarus or Russia or most countries the same way people go on about being Vegan in the US/UK. I couldn't count the number of foreign colleagues I've had who say that there's nothing like the kind of meat-free options we have where they're from. Like, yeah there's vegans everywhere but I'm guessing they actually eat real vegetables, which is fine. More fuckin power to you tbh!

Again I don't give a shit eat what you want but I'm sick of being lectured by people about how it's unhealthy to eat meat and not synthetic slop that will dissolve your organs. Pfizer vaccines are heathier for you.

It did seem like fun busting balls and LARPing as Wehrmacht NGL. A lot of nostalgia can be reduced in general to the desire for the lack of foregone conclusions that a lesser level of technological capacity and less information brings.

btw a childhood friend of mine whose facebook i lurked recently is going thru what you are.
