He needs the pool house/studio built so he can do his shows down there. He's staying in the apartment so he can keep doing the show until then. But he streams and has done shows from his apartment in the past so again this is probably a lie. Why would he let Missy live there by herself for months? Makes no sense.

Would anyone notice or care if he did the show podcast-style from his house for a few weeks? His "show" literally consists of him sitting there in front of a shitty green screen, hooting and gyrating around like a fruit. He could do that from anywhere. So he's paying for all that home customization work and he's paying rent on top of that, all because he doesn't have a new green screen setup yet? That's totally deranged.
