I understand his deliberate conflation of people as a 25 IQ strategy because he thinks the cops will just listen to his side of the story (the ONLY side) and say "oh ok if you say so" and they'd pin whatever on whoever based solely on his squeals.

When in reality, to anybody tasked with his case, he just sounds like an unreliable witness.

Same for Booms easily proving he wasn't in Detroit when Pat claims he was. Pat himself casts a fat shadow over his own credibility.

We know he can't actually learn due to his d- in a pass/fail problem solving class. He keeps making this same mistake. He thinks adding more shit makes it more believable. Its some narcissistic thing. he did this with the original lawsuit. E.g "poopballs" review. He did it with his pro se motion. he probably did it with dan's restraining order too.

For some reason the fat cells pushing into his brain makes him think making things more complicated for the police is helpful in some way.
