As for the housing thing, it surprises me wood isn't more common elsewhere. US is crazily forested, and it works really well to update shit. Putting in cable is much easier with wood than brick or stone. Americans also don't expect any house to last more than a lifetime because why would you? Shit's going to change in a century. New highway might make your house undesirable, new tech in the 20th century, phone lines, electricity, water, gas, cable would have been a pain in the ass. Only British fags like being in some 500 year old hovel that's been gutted and rebuilt a half dozen times.
For the Ireland thing, it counts and Hawaii doesn't because the UK had to change it's name, the US didn't.

So he’s saying today that he owns the house, says it’s in Greenville. The photo he posted is the back of the house and he’s planning a pool and an additional 2 story building that will have a game room downstairs and a studio upstairs.
Funniest thing is that apparently there are wild boars in the area. He does not realize the absolute nuisance they are. They will fuck the shit out of his lawn once he gets it seeded and put in. LOL game room and studio...for who, exactly? He did the same thing with his castle of depravity, he set it all up based on ridiculous visions that never came true. Nana builds based on who he wishes he was, not who he actually is. One "guest bedroom" would be more than enough to host his brother or his sister on their rare visits.
