#11 Boise getting a bye is weird, the byes should go to the top 4 teams regardless of conference. But whatever Boise is fun.

I'm warming up to the idea of Oregon winning because Puddles the Duck is unequivocally the greatest sports mascot on earth and has been for decades and the more commercials with that lil rascal in it the better. Puddles is a legitimate sex symbol. Like a K-Pop icon.

My best friend got his MBA from Alabama on the GI Bill and raised his two daughters in Tuscaloosa. He said they have Big Al the Elephant show up to pre-school every other month to play with the kids like some Deep South version of the Barney Show to indoctrinate the kids from a young age.
It's all very family-oriented.

Puddles is the first PG-13 Mascot who does raunchy shit with cheerleaders, talks shit on social media, and has a following as big as the team itself. Nike had to have a hand in the marketing, because it's genius. The dude comes out with his own personal motorcycle chauffer and the fans react like Elvis has entered the building.

I’m all for the players getting their cut and not being locked in and used then discarded by multimillionaire coaches. This isn’t the way it should be, though. The coaches and admins had decades to work up a less-exploitative system but they sat on their hands until Brett Kavanaugh slapped down the NCAA. It’s their fault for not working up a legal framework.

Brent Venables is probably the best defensive mind in the country.

In certain down-situations, they've had TWO spies on Milroe, which I don't recall ever seeing before. When they're not doubling him, they seem to be doubling Ryan Williams.
They've had their best success just fucking running the ball up the middle but faggot Deboer doesn't want to commit to it.

I give Oklahoma credit. Bama was resoundingly out played but outcoached from the beginning.

The game was fucking awesome after a year of disappointing play. Really really hope this is a turning point and we beat LSU and win our bowl. Venables is a great person and has a LONG history in Norman. He’s a great face for the program.

As they should. You can lose 3 games and still easily be in the top 12 over a 2-loss team, people need to get used to this.

We’re so used to 2 loss teams being out of the equation that 3 seems like blasphemy, but its the same thing as a 10-2 Georgia being ahead of an 11-1 SMU (who’s in a big boy conference now)

Miami probably deserves it over Alabama, but they really blew it with that ill-timed loss at Syracuse. South Carolina might deserve it over both of them, but they got rolling too late. I'm hoping the conference championships are all wild upsets, to further muddy the waters and make everyone mad.

I love, LOVE SC's quarterback. They barely lost to Alabama, and at this point I'd almost rather see them in over Bama just to see how they do against better competition. That team is a pain in the ass.
