HAHAHA HOLY SHIT
DMCA, complaints, and other inquiries:
Imagine the odor.HAHAHA HOLY SHIT
Why don’t you watch the documentary? You seem pretty certain for someone who hasn’t bothered to research why people are skeptical.
Any answer I give will be a watered down paraphrasing of the actual video posted which answers every question possible.
Because I've seen these kinds of bad conspiracy documentaries before. They don't watch good.
I did take a look however. It was just as bad as I thought it would be.
The segment in question begins at 1:35:35 (OP's video)
This is the basic claim the documentary makes:
It takes time for radio communication transmission to travel from earth to the moon and back. Therefore, when mission control asks the astronauts a question, it should take at least ~2.6 seconds to get an answer back. If it takes less, the astronauts couldn't have been on the moon.

They use 'original unmodified tapes from NASA' from a DVD release. The film backs up the 'unmodified' claim with clips of 'debunkers' endorsing the DVD and even show a screenshot from a 'debunking' site describing the video transfer footage as 'unedited'. I also found the DVD back cover.
'..each moment of the TV downlink ..raw television transmissions'
The documentary focuses mainly on one clip. The delay is measured at 1.1 seconds. Remember, it should be at least 2.6 seconds.
Then, they play a clip from what they call 'reloaded' .mp3 file from NASA's site in which the 'audio delay appears to be inserted correctly' and where the 'answer seems to have moved to some 4 seconds later'.

The short segment ends with a challenge:
14 - Given that we have examined the original videos from spacecraft films, and that the debunkers themselves acknowledge that these videos are unedited, can you explain why in several instances the delay between the question and the answer is far shorter than it should be if the conversation had truly taken place between the Earth and the moon?
Of course it doesn't matter much whether the documentarist had a legit copy of the DVD or used some weird pirate copy shot on handycam and re-encoded to RealMedia format of it to make his bad documentary. I also don't care what some debunkers have allegedly previously said about the DVD set. The 2002 Apollo 15 DVD box set was made by a company called Red Pepper Creative Inc. There's a 2 disc version and a 6 disc version. I don't have access to them. They're not even on russian torrent sites.
The real question is are the clips from the DVD really from 'original unmodified tapes from NASA' or is there evidence of there being cuts (for brevity, disk space, whatever) on the DVD.
Well, about those dirty debunkers, this the first google result I got:
On the Spacecraft Films Apollo 15 DVDs there are several audio-only sections, where mission audio is accompanied by stills rather than by video images. It's clear that the DVD producers decided to trim some of the gaps in these sections, to make them shorter overall. So while the video portions of the DVDs are unedited, the audio-only sections are not unedited.
As proof that the audio delays are shorter in the Spacecraft Films version than the original version, have a look at this NASA transcript, which archive.org saved in June 1997 (five years before the Spacecraft Films Apollo 15 DVD set was released). The transcript includes timings for everything said, which correspond with the audio mp3s which were later uploaded, but not with the timings on the DVDs. For example, the time between Houston starting to say "Roger, Jim. Copy. And are you progressing towards Dune Crater now?" and James Irwin replying is seven seconds, according to the timings on the transcript from 1997. But in the audio on the Spacecraft Films DVD, released in 2002, the time is only 4½ seconds. Since the transcript predates the DVDs, it must be the DVDs which introduced the alteration.
Reddit guy is totally confused (seemingly completely missing the point and claiming the delay on the 2002 DVD was 4.5 seconds) but does make some good points. The clip(s) are in fact from a part of the mission where there is no video available (and never was, the TV cameras were off).
Remember 'raw television transmissions', 'video footage unedited'? What about the audio only segments?
This italian guy seems to have done the work: He has the DVD set and analyzed the relevant part:
Some of the material has actually been edited; and they have been modified precisely by drastically cutting many of the dead pauses of the dialogues, including those due to the communication delay between the Earth and the Moon.
The dialogues in question all took place in a precise phase of the Apollo 15 mission: the excursion with the Lunar Rover to the Dune crater.
--- Between cuts, the dialogue in this section of the DVD is a whopping 7 minutes and 31 seconds shorter than the originals.
What about the NASA transcript archived on wayback machine in 1997? I checked the time stamped transcript and the 'reloaded' audio provided by NASA to verify the timing.
~7.5 seconds. It matches the transcript.

Mission control end beep and answer ~3.5 seconds. Bad documentary claims 4 seconds flat. Doesn't matter.

There is of course also this NASA transcript from 1972. Page 855. I'm sure some collectors have copies from the 70's, if you absolutely want one.
The 1972 transcript too matches the 'reloaded' NASA audio. Indeed seemingly every other source except the DVD set has the correct audio and matches the transcripts. The bad documentary maker didn't find evidence of a MOON HOAX. He found a meaningless editing curiosity on an obscure DVD release. He then used it to mislead you because he is freak and a liar. His documentary doesn't address 'every single question you could possibly have' and there isn't a 'cogent autistically in depth explanation for it all'. Instead it is all bad lies and cheap manipulation. You're a rube and a retard.
Please retort.
The Russians went to the moon first, and you capitalist American dogs couldn’t handle that, so you invented the cold war. The cold war is nothing more than capitalist propaganda.
I'll flip a coin and see if that's true or not. Heads it's true. Tails it's false. Flipping now...

I do t get it. If they had a device with a camera to film that, wouldn't that mean they already had something land?
I think it was a cartoon for the old streetshitter in charge to look at and wave his little flag. A national pride thing, not real of course.I do t get it. If they had a device with a camera to film that, wouldn't that mean they already had something land?
Man may have already walked on the moon, but Indians can be the first people to shit on the moon.I think it was a cartoon for the old streetshitter in charge to look at and wave his little flag. A national pride thing, not real of course.
