That was me and this is literally true. Pat asked for this alleged "investigation" and the perpetrator offered to turn himself in to Pat, the victim and the victim who the perp is talking to is offering to call and Pat is refusing to say the officer's number despite answering, which is impeding the investigation. He's wasting police resources, that's a crime.
