Instead of saying a hail Mary whenn he casts he says
"You are going to prison, stlaker.

You are mentally ill, stlaker.

You have been instructed, many thousands of times, to cease contacting this phone number....,"
How much you think Pat could raise from the board if he set a price for getting this tattooed on his chest?

Renting the other side of the house is actually a pretty risky move. Imagine you’re a scammer and you see that the owner of the unit has an active case going on. I assume they target people in desperate situations.

How long does it take to evict someone in Wisconsin? Someone could sign a rental agreement, stop paying, and then make them go through the eviction process. Even with a good lawyer, that takes at least 6 months in my state.

All they would need to do is google his name and they’d find mountains of current info about what’s going on in 10 seconds.

Their house being a duplex makes things a lot more interesting. I wonder if it’s possible to break it into 2 units and sell the one they don’t live in and if Quasi would be able to force that.

Or just sue him for not disclosing the building being subjected to constant swattings lol.

I assume so, it’s two separate addresses so I don’t see why not.

The one thing I’m not clear on is Quasi being able to force them to sell anything. I think they’re on the hook for getting him the money and that’s all. How they come up with it is probably their decision and I doubt he’s involved. I’m not a lawyer so I’m talking out of my ass.

I’ve always assumed the lien was just to make sure a transaction can’t actually happen without Quasi getting his cut. I’m sure if they listed the house, one of the first questions a realtor would ask is if there are any liens on the property.

The thing to understand is there are ridiculously expensive lawyers fees attached to every move quasi makes. Pat technically has to pay these, but to add them to the judgement, quasi has to make filings (more lawyers fees) to add them, then serve Pat, etc. The fact that they are offering to pay the whole thing over 3 years is a miracle

Resto has aged a decade since we first encountered him. The Tomlinson Effect strikes again.
Not to take anything from Patrick, but Bresto's stuck with with own fat lazy cunt of an albatross round his wimpy lil' neck.

He should be thanking gods that I’m not quasi. I’d be putting each time my lawyer took a dump into his bill.
