Poor guy pulled one of the dumbest, most stubborn clients on Earth during the beginning of his career and had his legal incompetence magnified as a result. I wonder if he really was fired due to how this case went.

I can't wait to see Pat start a shootout with the repo fellas and subsequently get sniped by SWAT for real.
Some of the craziest fuckers ive known were these two badass cokehead repo men that would repossess Lexus’ and BMWs from the ghetto in the middle of the night. Theyd basically take all the jobs the normal companies didnt want. Theyd splatter pats pumpkin head in the alley and not think twice.

@admin I must admit I haven't followed this too closely, but would it be possible to contract Dog the Bounty Hunter to perform his PDSM Lion-O antics, to secure Pat, in service of whichever platform his show now runs on?
Dog the Bounty Hunter neutralizing Pat on television would be the new greatest thing thats ever happened

Can you sell off portions? That seems even more complicated. You then run into the same issue of the anonymity. How do you buy the debt from an anonymous creditor? You could perhaps go through jerry but then who's paying those attorney fees and even then it might not even be possible.
He for sure could sell off portions if he wanted to and you’re right, there would be lawyer fees involved. If he doesn’t want to take donations from people then this might be a good alternative, he could break it up into $500 chunks and sell it off to brothermen and kiwis like shares of stock. Even if they had no real prospect of collecting it I bet a lot of people would pay in both to thank quasi for his service and to be able to say that Rick legally owes them money. Imagine if instead of owing Quasi $40k, he owed 80 different stlakers $500 each. All of those creditors would have all kinds of legal things they could do to try and collect that debt.

What I’m interested in is helping Quasi get paid by Pat, point blank. Patrick MUST pay his “abuser” directly to maximize the L.

There has to be some kind of horrific LEGAL collection service we can help contract out that simply calls, texts, mails, emails 40x a day to literally anyone vaguely connected to Patso and his wife (in particular!) to collect.

I mean I had people calling my cell phone to try to collect from a coworker I barely even knew at one of my old jobs. Maybe that shit isn’t legal anymore, IDK.

But imagine every Robinson family member being contacted constantly at home and ***work*** about Patso’s $40k debt that they 100% don’t know about right now.

I think the issue is that Quasi doesn’t know how to enforce that in another state while remaining anonymous.

I understand - and I’m all for him being made whole even if it means other people buying the debt. Collecting from Patso must be nuts on many levels.

But if we look at it purely from the standpoint of what is best for the bit, I believe it is Pat having to pay everything to John Doe 1 and I would prefer to contribute to making that happen.

Quasi being paid would be great but would it not be even funnier if he also has to cut a check to all 60 John does? Or nadolski, or SpaceEdge, or Flavia, or Null, or JDA, or William Tetley, or the Obscura guy, or 1997 Toyota Tacoma?

"About $45k startup costs. $40k of that is in bonds and capital."

So only $5k burnt to be in a legal position to collect.
Pat has EQUITY (barely)
and Quasi needs COMPENSATION

There has been talk of a man who lives in a penthouse, flush from insightbux and rubber dogshit residuals who understands these matters.
