I don't remember who said it, but it was, "Well the horse is out of the barn, has run down the road and was raped by a pack of niggers."I have a feeling this one is gonna be boring. "Still waiting on the outcome of actions in California"
"Well, the cat's out of the bag and the bag is in the river, so we'll set a status conference for June"

"Wait, so after a full year you haven't named a single Jon Doe yet?"Something tells me Judge Ashley isn't going to be happy with Brinton tomorrow

I think the california case is moving to the collection part of the verdict. So that's the state of the Santa Clara Google subpoena now that the Wisconsin case is dismissed?
Proper proTocol says I will win, child. Of course Iβll be suing Google in SanTa Clara counTy. Theyβll side with me, sweet baby child I own a Samsung Flip Tablet/phone device. Will there still be a hearing for the Google Subponea or is it Null since the lawsuit is over?
Will there still be a hearing for the Google Subponea or is it Null since the lawsuit is over?
In Roe v. Halbig, 29 Cal. App. 5th 286 (2018), the California Court of Appeals held that a moving party in a California state court action may prevail within the meaning of section 1987.2 even where a subpoena is withdrawn before the trial court rules on the motion to quash.
So number 2 is the only way we'd get another court video? That's disappointingIf you look at the case referenced by Schulman in the decision, this is exactly the circumstances around that appeal.
Even if they revoke the subpoena the quash remains. As for the hearing, it appears the Minc fund is dry, so I don't think anyone will show up from the plaintiff's side. Most likely one of three things happen:
Three seems unlikely. There's also the possibility they refile in Wisconsin and then send more subpoenas, but that wouldn't do anything to void the sanctions owed here on the original subpoena.
- The judge makes a tentative ruling before the hearing date. He rules in favor of the quash and sanctions and no one contests it (since that would require more legal fees from Minc and Mayr)
- The judge's ruling is contested and we see a similar shit show to San Fransisco during the hearing
- The judge wants more arguments submitted in a similiar fashion to SF as well.
