The thing is Diet is 90% of the weight loss. You can go to the gym 3x a day and run miles but if you drink lots of beer and eat shit you're not gonna lose weight. You MAY maintain your terrible physique but you won't get in shape.
Exactly. Abs are made in the kitchen and, unless you're Michael Phelps and burning insane calories every single day with elite level genetics you're not going to get anywhere by sabotaging yourself the way this fat, lazy slob does. He'll never lose weight because he thinks every small effort should be rewarded with 1000 calories.
