I never bothered to get a bench for my house. It just takes up too much room. I just lie on the floor. I saw Scooby doing it a few years ago and thought "If it's good enough for that faggot, it's good enough for me". I use a couple of slabs of wood either side to raise the bar up, so there's no risk of dropping the bar either.

I’ve been busy so haven’t kept totally up to date on stuff here for the past couple of days but I didn’t see anyone mention how Pat proved us all wrong again by finally unveiling the home gym!

Every home gym needs cheap, plastic furniture, boxes of junk and an inflatable snowman. I need to get some for my own gym.

Forget the gym equipment, he hasn't finished the plasterboard / drywall. It must have been like this for years. He hasn't tweeted progress photos of him working on the attic, which he would have had he done any.

In the second photo you can see a piece of it leaned up against the wall. In the third, you can still see the screws and individual pieces, and also that the attic ceiling has not been finished.

Work on your house instead of going to the bar every day. Jesus, Rick.
