I think he lied about that as well and said he was something like 5 foot 11. Yeah, total fraud. He's an overglorified sports physiotherapist who knows how to market himself.



The first 30 seconds of this video only demonstrates that he's a clown.

And of course he uses fake weights and he's on tons of drugs. You cannot be that fucking lean all year round.

Looking again at the hooks this is an accident waiting to happen. No safety bar and look how much clearance there is. You would very easily clip the edge of that and not be able to rest the bar. You want a deep grove in case you miss by a little. It doesn't have a side stopper either. Which i guess doesn't matter just for bench, but is a bad design anyway.

We can dream lol. Imagine that bar with 135 (Rick's real max) missing the hook and crashing in to his fish mouth, knocking out his yellow choppers, breaking his jaw bone, then rolling off down his hill like chins, onto his upper chest, before coming to a rest on his melons. That would be awesome.

He looks like a guy in the final stages of AIDS who's managed to retain his bicep peak through monkey hormones and squat rack curls.

I used to have a body like that when I looked like a twink at 23 when I first started lifting and it was easy to get cut. I don't see the appeal if you're not really young. You got these men in their 70s taking God knows what to look like that and you just look retarded.

Body looks young while your head looks like a corpse. I tried doing a cut a couple years ago and my cheeks started to look sunk in when I realized I was an asshole.

What the hell is going on with the walls? I don't know the technical terminology but one side looks like plywood, top right sliver is just the studs, and then the white walls look like maybe particle board?

Is this some type of sophisticated design that I'm not aware of or is this the work of someone who doesn't know what they're doing?

A half rack + bench would cost the same amount but also allow squats, safety bars, and more than ten pounds of weight. That incline set up looks terrible.

Would a half rack fit in there? It's his attic and it looks like the walls are on an angle so he might not have the height for it.

In any event, look at him. He doesn't lift. His fucking arms are even skinny and non-muscular and even the guys who don't do shit still bench and do bicep curls. He doesn't even look like he does that. No fucking way he's doing compound lifts. Even with lighter weight I feel like he'd accidentally get some kind of muscle tone but he's got zilch. Any kind of rack would just be wasted there, much like this bench will be.

I wonder if the floor would support a half rack + him in the attic at the same time. He's quite a chubby fellow.

The thing is Diet is 90% of the weight loss. You can go to the gym 3x a day and run miles but if you drink lots of beer and eat shit you're not gonna lose weight. You MAY maintain your terrible physique but you won't get in shape.

Even with a shitty diet, if he was lifting regularly he'd have built some muscle. He'd be a fat fuck still but a muscular fat fuck (ask me how I know).
