Again, all this forum has ever done has be a cunt to me. I joined the forum and participated in that environment.

I'm a cunt to you, you're outraged, and can't believe I'm a real person.

Lmao.. OK? The trolls are upset they aren't being spoken to nicely? Eat my circumcized penis.

You've never encountered me. That's in your head.
The reason you think jeb is an asshole is the reason the rest of the world thinks you're an asshole

How do you not see it

100%.

A "Chibson" is going to come with dogshit parts. You know this. So you go into it knowing you're gonna replace the tuners, pickups, pots, wiring, the whole thing. You paid $250 and put another $300 in for a very decent and very playable guitar, regardless of what the headstock says.

My favorite guitar at the moment is a knockoff ESP Snakebyte, all hardware replaced, real EMGs installed, locking tuners, and properly setup. I have a Chibson Explorer I did the same with, every part and wire replaced. Nice flame maple top. Sure there's a few flaws but I don't give a shit. It was $250.

That 65 Precision is badass, however…

To summarize:

  • A 1965 Fender Precision Bass is considered a transitional model, built during the period when Leo Fender was still involved with the company before its acquisition by CBS.
  • The exact serial number range for this transition period is debated among collectors and experts.
  • The tone, playability, and construction of a 1965 Fender Precision Bass may exhibit traits from both pre-CBS and CBS-era instruments.
Entity 1: 1965 Fender Precision Bass (Transition Era)

  • Characteristics: May exhibit traits from both pre-CBS and CBS-era instruments
  • Tone: Likely to share similarities with both eras
  • Playability: May have characteristics from both eras
  • Construction: May have characteristics from both eras
Entity 2: CBS-era Fender Precision Bass (1965 onwards)

  • Characteristics: Typically associated with mass-production style construction, changed electronics, and cosmetic details
  • Tone: May have a distinct tone compared to pre-CBS instruments
  • Playability: May have changed playability characteristics compared to pre-CBS instruments
  • Construction: Typically associated with mass-production style construction

But, he needs to open up the P bass to see the electronics and make sure nothing is replaced if it is for sale. Especially the amount he is asking for. Especially because he is claiming “original electronics”

These alembics lol, that is a lot of money for a coffee table

Jeb wants to be an expert and not know at the same time. I know. I don't have to ask these questions. That's the point. There are people who know and people who pretend. You're upset with me because I can smell bullshit? Weird, but whatever you wanna do.

Jeb - "THOSE ARE FAKE!!!!!! Also, do you know if fakes have serials?"

Danny - "So, you don't know?"

Danny is a cunt.

Source - Four YouTube comments.
I can't figure out if you are purposely obtuse because you're an angry little feller who has a rough day every day or just genuinely stupid.

Are you unable to process 2 ideas in one conversation? 1. Joe buys knockoff guitars, sometimes through mail order just to fill his guitar rack with garbage. Idea 1, knockoff guitars. 2. Counterfeit guitars, Joe has bought legit Gibsons from pawn shops (as reported here) and is selling some stuff on reverb, which I would normally assume to be genuine. Someone mentioned that they would expect joe to sell his crap guitars as the real item, which would be impossible unless the chinese were putting badges and serial numbers on them. Try to wrap your autistic brain around how conversations work and you will be much less of a cunt.

There are no vintage ES Les Paul's. They were released in 2015. If you're thinking of an ES350/35 I don't know what universe you think a 60s version costs 130 grand. A mint 58' wouldn't even set you back 130 grand unless you were a very stupid boomer.
Joe claimed he had a 58' ES330 but he's an idiot and they werent even released until 59. You are as big a retard as Joe.
Vintage guitars are such bullshit. High end production guitars are mostly bullshit. 99% of people couldn't tell the difference between a 700 and 5000 dollar guitar if they were both set up well.

Les Pauls are SGs not ESs. Sorry you have trouble reading. You can find old ESs for as much as you want to pay, Les Paul's white and black one is currently for sale for $164,000 and it sold 12 years ago for 110. So you can very easily find a $130,000 Gibson.

The 335 was introduced in 58, and I am guessing that would be the most valuable year to own but I don't think I've ever seen one. If Joe was pretending that would be the guitar to pretend about.

People like vintage guitars, so there is a market for them, other people like 43 cheap guitars that they can hang on the wall, so there is a market for them too.

It’s just funny he’s got all that invested in guitars, equipment, amps, pedal boards, etc and he not only plays OTHER peoples music, he’s playing shit like the moose lodge and TGI Fridays before they all close but sees himself as a “professional” musician that makes a living from it. Ive known plenty of people that would have regular good paying jobs and on the weekends for fun would play bars or just have people over to play for fun but not Joe. He felt that was his calling and refused to get any kind of real job and leech from his brother and LARP as some kind of professional musician.
Does he ever use that studio to record anything? Now that he has the new AI program does he even need to record or just type in a topic and let the AI write the songs?

He's been at it for forty years, and has made so little impact on the local scene he has to play along with an iPad. Nary a friend in the world. No one to regularly jam with, no semi-real gigs, no reputation, nothing. It took real effort to fail that spectacularly.
He had a decent run for awhile, being able to promote on the radio obviously helped. I am guessing his current situation is due to his handling of the money, he doesn't want to pay people. I'm sure his old bandmembers all had issues with not getting paid. I know his ex singer is producing an original album now and has gigs lined up every weekend, if only Joe was less of a dick he might be living the life of a working musician, a few days in the studio, weekend shows around NY, some tv appearances and meeting other musicians as their opening act once in awhile. I guess he decided to go another way and call his friend's booker and try to steal his gigs
