Fix that fukkin' fence

I just thought about it again and I bet Niki was going to pay someone to do it. Rick, however, spent time here seeing everyone laughing at his shitty fence and betting Niki was going to pay someone to do it. He probably told her he was going to prove "their" stlakers wrong and put the fence up himself. He then went out and bought a circular saw, a post hole digger, and paid for one of those dumpster bags. After that spend, he fucked the fence up anyway.

For the cost of the tools and now the cost of whatever fines/permits he's going to have, she could have paid a contractor to do the job right. It might have cost a little more than what they've got in now, but it would have been done in a day and done right.

Also, the due date is next Friday and it's probably not fixed yet. I just checked the Milwaukee weather on weather.com and it's supposed to rain Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. I bet he puts it off until Thursday and then does a half-ass job (more of a half-ass job than he already did). How great would it be if he gets inspected Friday, fails, and gets fined?
He probably will just remove it by the date, hopefully his heart explodes from the exertion.

Yes, but in this case he will not post it so it follows the rules of, if we don't know it never happened. The fence may even be down now, judging from his use of closeups on his "carrot" pics.
I’m fine with assuming victory. It’s a safe assumption and a sign of victory in its own right.

He let the idiots win. Oopsie doodles, fat fuck

I think you're most likely right, but I believe he's got some legal requirement to have a fence there, so removing it won't fix the problem and will just attract more fines.

Here's hopin', anyhow.
He was also required to bring witnesses to testify on his behalf for the restraining order hearing, rather than just repeating what they said to the judge.

He hasn’t pulled a permit on it yet. It’s not like that’s something you can just go get on a whim.
So he has 6 days to obtain his permit, complete the repair, have a 2nd inspection, and hopefully close out the report. Two of those six days being on the weekend of course.

Piggy boy ain't gonna make it.

From your research:

The fee is $177.80 for the first reinspection, $355.60 for the second and all subsequent reinspections. These fees include a 1.6% training and technology surcharge. Reinspection fees shall be a lien upon the real estate where the reinspections were made and shall be assessed and collected as a special tax.

Failure to correct the violations noted herein within the time set, or failure to comply with the order as modified by an appellant board and maintain compliance, may subject you to prosecution and to daily penalties of $150.00 to $10,000 in the manner provided in Section 200-19.

There seems to be a publishing delay so the outcome of the inspection won't be posted on the site on Friday 06/17/2022, most likely we'll see it on Monday 06/20/2022 (or Tuesday).

I know the odds are not good but I'm a believer, my final prediciton is Quasi's fence will be fixed.

"....but not contaminate the rest of your garden."

It's a water-soluble herbicide, Pat. Unlike herbicides that mostly target unwanted species, salt will fuck up any plant that isn't adapted to coastal life.

Fuck, he's a dunce.
Let's cut him some slack, you can't expect a professional author and self-professed amateur historian to be aware of the phrase "salting the earth" in Western literature.
