I’m pretty well traveled myself and the only place I’ve ever been that public transportation was any good was Singapore which the entire country is just one city and the cops will beat the shit out of you for any misbehavior at all and will be cheered by everyone else for their efforts.

I understood Singapore public transport better than New York, despite the language barrier. The signs were actually clearer.

I’ve traveled extensively too but I have zero personal experience with any healthcare system outside the US. What I know about “foreign” systems (nice dog whistle Pat) comes from online information. Why would travel make him more knowledgeable about this subject?
