This is going to sound ridiculous, but I almost believe this fag. At least more than I believe Cumia. In his delirious wop mind he has to make it sound like everything is going great and everyone should be jealous. It would not surprise me if he googled some shit and spouted off to impress his retard fans. Much like he tried to do with that porn star.
Thats the guy who helped dawn Costello find her house. Dawn told him all of those stories. She sings too and likes gay bars. It’s all bullllllllllloney.

Called his realtor “Robbie” multiple times throughout the first few minutes, said he was a gay guy with four kids from a previous marriage. All checks out on this guys’ social media.
Gay guy with 4 kids. Meet straight guy with no kids …. And we both love karaoke how fun ….. Olivia newton John night? Sure, that sounds great. Maybe we’ll run into some of my old buddies who are also confirmed bachelors

He did mention the house he looked at this past weekend was way too big and the thing that made him not want it was finding the height marks of the children’s heights on the door frame from the seller.

He posted some picture fairly recently of his apartment on Long Island and it looks like your standard Marriot hotel room with three monitors setup for gaming and a cat box in the corner.
Sorry I lost confidence, there is no house, there never was a house and I led you astray with my data. I predicted his loss of a house years ago and should have been more resolute.

He’s renting a luxury apartment by where the Islanders arena is. The house he was looking at ending up falling through because he decided that spending that much money at possibly the top of the market is stupid. He admitted that he took it in the ass on his last house and proclaimed himself the only person in America who bought a house in the last twenty years and lost money.
Elmont? Has he checked the demographics of that town or is he just hoping for more tweeting material?

Everything he is saying is just a series of lies to conceal the fact that he is broke and can't afford anything. Doesn't everyone have that friend who talks for months about whether he should buy the BMW or the Range Rover and everyone knows he's just going to lease another Honda. That's the bit. He's going broke, lost his house, can't afford a new one and he will likely die in that dorm room he currently lives in. He's the kind of rich my uncle used to warn about, he'll spend until he's in debt he can't afford and declare bankruptcy

His stories were Looking for a house ..... buying a house with a huge property .... buying property to build a house ..... building a house ..... construction delays ....... built the house ........ getting a huge loan for a house he already paid for ....... backing out of the deal for a house he already paid for/ got a loan for/ had a builder building. Later the story was ...... house is built just adding a pool house/ studio/ man cave in the back to found a realtor and looked at a house ...... didn't like the house because the the kids' growth hash marks on the wall (Apparently when you build a house down there, they grow some kids inside before you take ownership)

Now, despite owning a house, getting giant loans for a house, building a house, owning property, building additions on a house, looking for a house with a realtor etc, he is now moving into an apartment in Elmont, which for the record has zero luxury apartment buildings even with the new UBS center, most of the buildings there are built for low and middle class housing. This means a lease, most nice places want 2 and 3 year leases so his plans to move are set back 2 more years.

tl;dr version - Nana's broke, there never was a house

Yeah this story never made sense. You don’t close on a house you had built. They don’t build a house for you on land you don’t own and then wait until it’s done to sign the contract.
