So so so so so so the narrative being pushed is that poor Donald was nominated for a major award. Some presenter would get on stage, him and the other nominees would nervously fiddle in their seats until one of their names is called. Like at the Oscars, Emmys, Grammys, Golden Globes, Tonys, every fucking award show you've ever seen.
Instead of getting to experience that moment of anticipation, poor Donald was detained. Right? That's what everyone seems to be assuming.

He lost the award on TUESDAY. Before he even boarded the plane.
His category is irrelevant, he already lost, but he wanted to show up and rub shoulders with celebrities. You guys hear Zendaya was there last night?
