I work with and around a lot of zoomers and the sad fact is that they're completely hapless. The male zoomers are all "manscaped" faggots who need their mommys to help them with everything and the females are obnoxious bubbleheads with big fat dumpers. And that autotuned hip-hop fag music they blast in their farty little cars makes me nauseous. Even their drugs suck.

1. They know how to appear inoffensive and know the right words to say to lower women's defenses.
2. They can blend in to a crowd even while wearing a dress and pink hair.

4. Their bodies are either fragile and tiny or obese. Hormones are all over the place due to diet, lack of exercise, and "natural" health treatments for the precious only child who must be raised to not be troublesome.
5. They are living with perpetual guilt and encouraged to shame others or report them for social code violations.

To them the online world is just as real as the real world is, maybe even more so. They grew up and live in a world of "influencers", crypto traders and travel vloggers, where everyone is constantly tweeting and Instagramming and TikToking about all the hilarious fun awesome stuff they're doing. A real job or classes at the community college seem boring, stupid and pointless in comparison. When forced by economic necessity to participate in the real world, they become resentful and angry, looking for prior generations and institutions to scapegoat, which in turn leads to all kinds of theories and memes about how much they've been screwed. But it's the screens that screwed them. Having no exposure to the real world for their entire lives has left them unable to deal with it.

I think the difference is this time they can't really start a war. At least in the US. We're too demoralized, and too many people see through that bullshit.

I work in the corporate world for a major company and I see a lot of the zoomers males coming in right out of college and holy fuck are they a mess. It’s true they are completely lost when it comes to the “real world” and can barely function without having to explain basic professional behavior and hold their hand. You really have to tell them they have to be at work on time, actually do your job and not stare at your phone all day, and even to NOT sleep at your desk. It’s the generation that calls it “adulting” because they can’t handle basic life. I’ve been told by upper management to break these types in by “taking them down a peg” because they come in and think all the rules and procedures are up for negotiation. When you tell them “here is your job, this is what you do, etc.” they start with “well how about I do this instead?” And you have to explain to them “NO, THIS IS YOUR JOB. DO IT.” And they act confused.
