This is one of the benefits of being a firearms enthusiast. I've taken so many classes for CCW and tactical home defense and they almost always hammer home the legalities of taking someone's life and when to draw your weapon etc. It's definitely taught me to keep a cool head in situations.

Nobody cares about the rest of the details, nobody is asking for footage of what lead up to the chokehold, which absolutely exists because everyone records everything. It's looked at as another issue involving Black and White and will be treated as such as long as they can.

yeah when i watched the video it didnt seem neccessary. he could have kept him in that hold without applying all the pressure. Should have held him down until the next stop, couple of kicks to the body and hop off.
