I think he's addicted to opiates, and he's certainly an alcoholic. If I'm remembering things correctly there's some meth use in his history as well. Another weird part of his story is that his fiance (Amanda Lynn Morris) is a pedophile. Kino Casino ripping America First and Ethan Ralph apart for the last few months has been great. Ralph reminds me of all the negative qualities of the main character from East Bound and Down with none of the comedy. (Not nearly as cool as John Rocker either, who the character was based off of).
