Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).

- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.

- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

The End of The Mist depresses pretty good
Very Jewish movie. Maybe the most Jewish thing I've ever seen.
Shrek put me into a deep blue funk for several days. As for movies I enjoy, Two Lane Blacktop, Gummo and Come and See depress preddy gud. Se7en is too silly to really bum me out, and A Zed and Two Noughts is a positive film dressed up in bleakness.

I watched a garbage movie called Ironweed last week. It has Jack Nicholson and Meryl Streep and it just stinks. The acting is solid but there is no point to it except to revel in it’s pure misery.
I hate ET and find it to be an entirely depressing, joyless movie and it’s supposed to be for kids. I’m probably alone there.
Ikiru is pretty depressing also. It has some hope to it so I can’t call it totally bleak but the story is sad and something we’ll all face ourselves or through loved ones.
The Deer Hunter is bleak. I want to take the time here to say I can’t stand the ending of it when they sing God Bless America. Way too on the nose.
I also watched a movie in a film class Olivier, Olivier and it was pretty good but bizarre and depressing as well. It’s about a family whose child goes missing and it breaks them apart until he comes back. Or does he?!?!?!
