Not sure about the rest but very rarely do you even have to pay debts. The state rarely garnishes wages for most shit and people either just declare bankruptcy or skate away. Even OJ hasn't paid Fred Goldman a penny.

I think that like back in the old west days, people should have the option to start a new life in a lawless land.
They should take an entire state like Arizona and make it one of these zones. It would show people A. what actually happens in real life when you take away government and B. let people leave society if they choose. It isnt for everyone.
