- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Yea, I think he lived close by Joe, too. I'm sure Joe was reasonably tough when he was in his 20s, but he was 60 and calling out drug addled,angry dudes half his age.
I want to say his screen name had "9mm" in it.
I forgot his screen name, but fondly remember his calling for someone to step into the "octagon." If I remember correctly the dude was tatted and juiced up too and obviouslyon narcotics. I think afterwards was when he made his "fists unclenched" post to save face.
Both he and Anthony are slightly more self-aware versions of Fatrick basically. It's why I can't understand how anyone who liked or listened to O&A 100% hates Pat Posting.

He’s not hate-able like Rick or AntH, but there is something extremely dislikable about him. It mostly has to do (for me) with his arrogance and tough guy attitude. It’s laughable, I know, but somehow it irks me a lot that he really thinks he’s in some protected class just because of his baby bro.

Joe Cumia is a comedy of errors. He makes me loff. I don't want to see his life ruined...it's already pretty shit to be perfectly honest witcha. He doesn't make the big 2U bucks anymore. Somehow he has been able to take his busking on the road (or the ocean, as it were) and he's having a miserable time. And he chooses to publicly share it because he can't help himself. I dont know how anyone here can actually hate the guy (except for the whole following teenage girl on Instagram thing, I hope he didn't purposely do that)

One of my favorite more recent Joe moments that always tickles my ribs is when he was trying to do a live stream playing his geeetar at home and the pests called his phone causing the screen to freeze.

She has been tardy 37 times and absent 10 days this year thanks to him. Have no idea what has set off this recent assault, most likely his fancy new accountant that is laundering his money for him.
