Reverse sear is the best way to cook steak. Perfect doneness and crust every time.

Slow cooker chili: put in a bit of unsweetened cocoa powder(1tbsp, add more to taste) and red wine vinegarette(1/2 cup per batch) at the start

Learn to do basted eggs. No flipping means no broken yolks.

Scrambled eggs come out best when stirred constantly over low heat.

Crushed tomatoes add a nice sweetness to a slow cooker pot roast.

Saute onions and garlic separately. Saute garlic first over a low heat then do the onions.

One of my girlfriends in college was going to culinary school. I thought I knew how to cook but she fucking could cook anything on a professional level. Pasta, cakes, soups, breakfast. It was insane. I took cooking lessons years ago with another girlfriend to learn how to make various cheeses and soups.

I can cook just about any Italian dish now. And I can handle most American foods. I have an outdoor pizza oven that I use during the summer to make pizza once a week. Giant wood oven that can make a pizza in literally a minute.

I like to pan fry steaks in olive oil. I use a ton of spices but my secret ingredient of course is Spanish paprika and garlic salt.

I also like to experiment with marinades. One time I marinated some steaks for 2 days in hot sauce, it was a pretty cool end result.

What kind of olive oil? The more virgin it is, the lower the smoke point. When the oil starts to smoke it can leave a bitter, shitty flavor on whatever is cooking in it. Try peanut oil or clarified butter for pan-frying.

1-2 pounds of beef
4 bell peppers (2-4 red)
3 big onions
spices as you please (i prefer chili, some salt and coriander)
pot of water

takes 3h to cook (if you want a thick sauce), but comes with maximum 10 minutes of preparation. side dish of rice

you can also add cumin, curry, some potatoes and tomatoes which turns it into rogan josh-style indian food.
Quasi as well as Cuntfucker would appreciate that dinner.
