Its that weird "parent scolding a kid" tone he uses. Its like, hey dummy, you are talking to another adult that doesnt give two shits about your complaints or demands and laughs at your threats. He doesnt have the skills to actually have a heated argument. I have no idea how someone that lacks the ability to think on the fly that he could be good at comedy or writing books.
