What are some thing you don’t get because you’re too young?

Whats not to "get" about only fools if you are from the UK? Some of it is of it's time and dated but some holds up very well. I can like some comedy made well before I was born even overlooking if I don't fully understand the references o

But that was part of the charm of O&A. They weren't trying to appeal to anyone but themselves. Management and the audience just had to accept whatever O&A wanted to do. Including Honeymooners references over contemporary shows. And acting like retards behind the scenes and not taking management seriously.

Half the fun of O&A was watching everyone, including their bosses and the listeners, bend to the will of whatever O&A wanted to do.

To be fair I only listened to one clip of his I'll have to do a deep fawkin dive.

I don’t listen to him all that much these days, but I go waaaay fawkin back wit da pryor (relative to my lifespan). I think I first found him looking through the CDs at the library and I randomly found Bicentennial Nigger, which of course caught my eye.

It's got some good bits it's obviously dated but I can see why it was so massive at the time
