8 figures is TV or Stern money. Letterman made 30 million a year. If Opie and Ant were getting anywhere near that they wouldn't have been so screwed so quickly when they were canned. They were both rich, but not rich enough they could afford to live with no income.

Anthony is what they call 'wop wealthy'. 
When he got divorced, he had to pay out 1 million. That million represented his current salary plus future earnings which didn't materialize. He was expected to make 2-4 million per year after his divorce. Instead he got fired and the next gig he could get paid under 1 million. Everything he does is based on potential future earnings, he never has anything. Spending 4 million on a house in a neighborhood where the next most expensive house is 1.5 million is about as dumb as a buyer can be. Buying that monster of a house based on the fact that you will make 1 million per year for the next 10 years is even dumber. Nobody told him what would happen if he got fired.

Those net worth sites are pretty much all bogus. They take whatever career earnings that are public and just slap an estimate together without taking expenses into account (like losing 2 mil on a McMansion or spending like a nigger in general).

I’d say that’s probably the only truth in that blurb. I was in Nana’s immediate vicinity back in 2016. We were at the same restaurant in NY. We also were both in the bar area waiting to get seated. I walked past him and based on my height and his, I’d venture a guess he was 5’9-5’-10” max.

They had to be making over $1.5million annually each during their height when they were on terrestrial and satellite. If not even more. And most likely never under $1million per year on just Sirius-XM after the merger. And keep in mind that Opie and Anthony both owed their managers and agents some of that money. And then for Anthony he was paying alimony and legal fees for his ex-wife, Keith the Cop and his wife were on the payroll, gambling at casinos and online, Brother Joe and Dawn getting their money, paying various girls to act as his girlfriends Rock Hudson style, super car weekends, and all sorts of nonsense.
Opie put his money into his kids and into some properties and FH Riley's which made enough money to pay the business off fully before they moved locations.
Anthony with the house sold should have a few million in cash. No idea how much Compound Media has cost him. Or how much his move will cost in the end. But I would not be shocked if he was close to broke within five years. Or dead from alcoholism.
I think a lot of that was wacky photographing, but I am also sure he wanted designs and accents like he saw at the borgota and thought were classy and fancy. I see a lot of people who are that type of rich do exactly that, they decorate their house to look like something they saw at a casino, especially with bathrooms and beds. You can see how over the top his furniture is now that he has to cram it into an apartment, it looks like cartoon furniture. His whole life reminds me of Ralph Kramden telling someone "this is HIGH classs ..."
