Have you watched the schulman one its even worse. Stein went easy on him. He was just the pro term and presumably half dead at this point. Schulman wasn't fucking around. And from what i heard this was him on a particularity jovial morning or it would have been even worse.

I think the pro tem recommended not imposing sanctions but, like you said, he was wrong. Also Pat is retarded and fat.

There's one session that comes to mind, not sure which one... I recently commented that watching him made me feel like I could pass the CA bar exam tomorrow, the judge or pro tem was repeatedly stating to Stavros in VERY plain language what was required for the case to proceed... and Stavros kept repeating the same nonsense over and over again. Even to a layman such as myself it was mind boggling and infuriating to listen to, at one point the judge or pro tem or whoever even lost his temper a bit like "dude how are you not getting this" -- crazy.

Of course Pat would have this guy representing him. Pure bananarama.

Yes. They are mandatory sanctions. What stein said made no sense so schulman ignored it. That's something that's appealable anyway. When it says "shall be ordered" there's not much there.
