Fiennes is great but the movie didn't hold my interest. By the time the coast guard turns up I just wanted it over with. Anything to do with wealthy people and food is obviously pretentious so it's pretty lame satire. The humble cheeseburger ending seemed like the movie was making fun of itself more than anything.

Could've been a 00's Ben Stiller movie with Will Ferrell as the chef shouting a lot.

I only watched the first 5 minutes and hated it instantly. I usually give comedies 10 minutes, but the fake American accents, unnatural dialogue and this guy said to turn it off.

I have an irrational hatred of him in every movie.

I never even got to the part with Ranulph Fiennes, and I love that guy.
