Every time I've done jerky on the smoker it's been pretty bland and very average. That korean bbq sounds fantastic thoughI'm making 5lbs, so I'm splitting it between a dehydrator and the oven. I'm doing a Korean BBQ flavored flank steak jerk in the dehydrator bc I want that one to turn out best. The other half is a big eye of round tgat I'll do in the oven bc I'm less worried about getting that just right
