I'm making 5lbs, so I'm splitting it between a dehydrator and the oven. I'm doing a Korean BBQ flavored flank steak jerk in the dehydrator bc I want that one to turn out best. The other half is a big eye of round tgat I'll do in the oven bc I'm less worried about getting that just right
Every time I've done jerky on the smoker it's been pretty bland and very average. That korean bbq sounds fantastic though

I'm all in with using top or bottom round when I make jerky. Maple sriracha is one of my go to flavors
