Just put this 7lb pork butt in the dutch oven after searing it. Gonna cook it all day on 225 degrees and then shred and serve with Duke's Carolina BBQ sauce. Sauer's is the superior sauce but Duke's ain't bad.

In a dutch oven in the stove, low and slow since before noon. I sliced an onion and some garlic and tossed it in there with a little water. Gonna let it slow cook with the lid on for a few more hours and then take the lid off for maybe 45 minsHow are you cooking it?
