My long lost cousin on Reddit posted that the podcast host has requested pictures, audio and videos from him in regards to a rebuttal which could be interesting.

Your cousin should point out he is facing contempt charges and called the judges who followed the law "fucking idiots" and all while he boasted they are not poor. Pat only follows the laws he likes, like prison for insults. It's a real shame somebody is doing the swat shit (Pat, himself) but that doesn't get him a pass from criticism, especially when he is so fond of using it himself. I've committed no crimes, nor has anybody else I've seen here either. Pat needs to stop replying and stop accusing everybody of crimes and he needs his head beat in by somebody he will eventually scream at in person.

He's a grotesque physical specimen and his medicated whore of a wife is a disgusting creature too. They both dismissed his personal misdeeds as nothing and filthy Niki said they were "good people". A man who won't denounce or even unfriend pedophiles, a guy who threatened to wait for a baby to be born and then kill it. A man who cheered attacks on women and street riots, they're both total trash and I would not feel an ounce of remorse if Pat was beaten to death by some homeless nigger. 20 full minutes of Pigki rambling in the first episode alone and every other sentence is a blatant misrepresentation or just plain bizarre. So much to fucking unpack here that I'm just doing a play-by-play. Probably a lotta observations made already but fuck it, it's worth exposing in detail just how much inconsistent bullshit they're spewing. It also might serve as a useful transcript for all the many deaf brotherpersons that no doubt exist amongst our highly diverse ranks.

Tape 1.

• Pig lying about us going after Sue Lightning "just because she was trans". Said just after admitting we still hate uuhhhhffensive racist Anthony Cumia so he needs to hype up our supposed right-wing agenda.
• Similar lie about Logan Lynn getting targeted just because he's gay, not because he was connected to Jay Mohr and couldn't handle some light ribbing.
• He lies about us not being Norm MacDonald fans, says that was just an excuse because we're really alt-right fanatics who just love racism so much. Even given how one-sided the story has been so far, the cracks in his dumb narrative are already showing. Why would Piggy's tweet be a target if we don't give a shit about Norm, wouldn't there be far better people to fuck with if our motives were political? Stupid Rick's trying to have his cake and eat it by painting us as both chaos agents and organized political movement and it doesn't jive.
• He's saying we don't care about comedy. We're still hilarious.
• lol he can't mention his Twitter account without prefacing his follower count like it's something impressive. It's absolutely the one thing he cares about most in the world.
• "MASS FALSE REPORTING" I hate this nonsense. You violated the ToS multiple times because you're an unhinged fat loon who likes to threaten and insult others. Twitter considered it valid enough to hold it up for months until you managed to muscle your way back in with legal threats.
• His description of us changes again. We're not angry with him, we just like hurting random innocent people and he just happened to enter our sights. Doesn't exactly gel with the alt-right trolls with a specific mission either.
• Niki says "performative cruelty", a very fat Patism. She's either a dummy who copies his 1.2 vocabulary or Rick might be writing her script for these things.
• "In the past, sociopaths would just be ostracized and kicked out of their groups. The Internet gives them the ability to join in groups and hurt people." This is a way more apt description of the Patpack and Twitter in general than it is of us.
• "They have no camaraderie, they eat their own." Perish the thought. Now back to Twitter to demand some liberal gets fired because he got someone's pronouns wrong.
• "They're not friends with eachother, they don't form friendships. There is no trust, there is no loyalty. They don't even particularly like eachother." Alright, point: Patrick.
• "People ask me: "well, what did you do to them?" NOTHING. We don't have a beef with these people other than that it gets them off" Liar pig, liar pig. I know at least 60 people who have very good reasons for hating your ass.
• "How did you get banned again?" *squealing* "Ah..." lol even the soy host is skeptical.
• Pig desperately trying to justify why his Twitter account is of the utmost importance to his writing career, after he dumbly admitted he spent $5000 in legal fees on what is clearly just a hobby.
• Rick lying about the timeline of events. "They've been texting, calling, emailing for five years."
• Niki: "They make pornography of me and send it to my family."
• "They place ads telling people I'm looking for sex and with extreme things like "I have a rape fantasy."" No mention of the farting in vaginas, sadly.
• Ewww Rick said "you twits" and meant it.
• In general, Pat comes off across as such a spergy and obnoxious person in this interview. Shocking, I know. He creates strawmen third parties asking him "stupid questions" and angrily dismisses them with vulgarities and genuine bile. No wonder the host has to point out that Pat is in fact a belligerent Twitter user who'll start fights with everyone.
• Niki arguing that changing your email adress is like changing your birth name, therefore you shouldn't do anything proactive and just whine "WHY US?" She's dumber than a box of rocks, holy shit.
• "These people literally found my SSN number." Did we? Strange how absolutely nothing has happened in relation to that then, if we're as sociopathic as you claim. You can really fuck someone's life up if you got that number, hence why it's considered identity theft and something a victim can absolutely go to the authorities for.
• The host gives them tips on basic cybersecurity and obviously they don't take it.
• Niki "We're refusing these tips because things are already as bad as they can possibly get." Nigga what?
• "They figure stuff out" Because it's all public record or info you willingly post for everyone to see, you stupid bitch. You know what would help conceal those? Those fucking tips the host gave you that you dumbly dismissed a second before.
• "Plus we're unwilling" No, that's the entire reason.
• "We run businesses yadda yadda, we deserve to be public" I think both of them are completely delusional when it comes to their "businesses". It's obvious zero writing or SEO optimization happens in that household but they cling to whatever vestigial prestige those nominal job titles give.
• "Driving us off the Internet and silencing us is their goal" I thought we were psychopaths who wanted to hurt and kill people and ruin lives? Why would we let our prize pig escape before the slaughter? The real answer is that in Rick's mind, having to get off social media is tantamount to death, so that's what he accuses us of wanting when it makes zero sense.

• Host: "Yeah, you could run and disappear but that comes at a cost." Not as big as trying to stubbornly face it head on and suing dozens of strangers. The cost for that currently stands at around $50,000. A dollar for every Twitter follower Rick has.
• Rick: "People on ona who actively harass us are limited to a handful, no more than half a dozen." Then why did you sue 60 individuals?
• "After my Twitter was reinstated, the subreddit was nothing but threads dedicated to me."
• "They posted stuff like my book cover and that's copyrighted material (wrong). So we issued HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of DMCA takedown notices." Funny how actual mass false reporting is okay when Rick does it.
• Niki: "It was the only effective way to combat what they were doing." Keep in mind that this is happened first half of 2019. The full extent of the "harassment" was Redditors shit talking them on the sub and Twitter and reporting Rick for actual violating tweets. At this point it was nothing more than a little Internet spat and Rick (and Niki, apparently) went all-in trying to get the sub shutdown completely. WHY US?
• Host: "I've been to the various message boards and seen a ton of pictures of Patrick photoshopped into various gay pornographic images." lmao
• "For the first time Reddit administrators changed their harassment rules specifically because of what happened to us." Yeah, because you spammed their inbox full of hundreds of fucking DMCA notices on a daily basis. DMCA notices stink because they're easily issued and there's no repercussions to filing a false one, but a website has to take every single one of them seriously or it's potentially their ass. Eventually they threw their hands up and just started mass banning people.
• "They won Worst Subreddit two years in a row and were proud of it. They love being the worst human beings they can be." No, we love being the worst human beings according to Redditors, because that means we must be doing something right.
• Kiwifarms discussed, horseshit suicides blamed on them as they always are.

Yeah, main takeaway is that Niki was always just as invested in #DLTIW as Pat, right from the start too as she admits culpability to the DMCA spamming all the way back in early 2019. I think most of us, myself included, were willing to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she was kept either ignorant or subdued by Rick. It's clear now that she's just as involved as him and deserves all the shit that Rick has made come their way.

Can anyone here both confirm that Pat officially stated someone else made the Gemini account under his name AND provide sources for this? I know, it's annoying when someone on the Internet says "umm sources?" but hear me out...

If this is accurate, that Gemini account would be the very first thing I would investigate. Crypto exchanges are highly regulated and designed to prevent anonymity. Assuming they had all Pat's info to make the account*, here's some possible ways this person could be identified:

1. Payment: this is a big one, to fund the account the imposter would need to connect a bank account, or use a credit/debit card, or PayPal or Google Pay, etc. This is where I'd start.**
2. IP address: I figure there's a good probability the exchange would track these. Even if the imposter was using a VPN, all they'd have to do is mess up once and not have it turned on.
3. Email address: they'd need to use an email account they'd continue to have access to, so no burner emails here.
4. Tracking the Bitcoin payment itself: Bitcoin isn't anonymous, there are companies out there that specialize in mapping where Bitcoin travels.

*One thing I can't reconcile is it looks like Gemini requires an upload of a driver's license, passport, etc. Maybe this wasn't a requirement back then?

**I'm assuming the imposter would have to use a payment method they controlled and that this wasn't, like, some completely unrelated Russian hacker who had Pat's personal and banking/payment info and was trying to steal from him. Because if it was, wouldn't that be the type of federal crime the FBI or Secret Service would be investigating? I think that'd be considered wire fraud.
Edit: ...ugh, now that I think about it even if Pat knew it was unrelated, he probably would still insinuate it was somehow related to these forums in his media appearances.

I know i’m late but i would recommend everyone listen to this podcast. People want the host to come out and support us saying nigger or making fun of Pat. That won’t happen and this is the most unbiased assessment we could get. Multiple times throughout this the host asks them “It CANT just be Norm Macdonald.” and disagrees or laughs at Patricks actions. It is very possible if he’s given the right evidence a rebuttal piece could come, given that this guy wasn’t really buying Patricks shit in the first place.

It’s also very interesting to hear all the pieces put together. It doesn’t start with the Norm tweet but a rundown of O&A, the sub, then to Patrick. Niki has her first speaking role and reveals herself to be as stupid as Patrick. Patrick is fucking raging in this and even recounting his harassment he becomes incensed. It’s a great look into how these people explain their story and how easily they:

-Lie
-Shirk responsibility for anything that happens to them
-Claim that they can’t do anything to stop this

• Niki admits Rick is still a licensed insurance salesman, claims that the redditors got his license suspended by calling the agency up pretending to be him (I don't think it's that easy), says this would bring them into financial distress (but I thought they weren't poor and had thriving writing and SEO careers?). Pat has to interject to humblebrag about his salary: "Tens of thousands of dollars a year almost lost."
• "They have opened or attempted to open numerous credit cards to destroy his credit score." Right, because you can easily do that kind of thing too, right?
• "They ordered Kohl's furniture to our house and it got delivered and we were like: "Come pick it up, we don't want it!"" What? They're saying some evil stlaker paid for free furniture to be delivered to their house? How vile.
• Niki: "I speak at conferences and virtual summits" Evidence that her non-existent business is mostly an excuse for larping as a person of importance at cons, like Pat's writing career.
• Rick: "They physically stalked us... at conventions."
• "The whole purpose [of a convention] is to bring an audience in." And we've seen repeatedly how good you are at that, Patrick.
• Niki: "They've minted NFTs of photos of him." Did we? What?
• Host goes: "Why you? I know it's not the Norm MacDonald thing." Rick: "There is no why, they want to kill people."

• Niki says we had free mulch delivered and that we tried "to block our car in with a CRAZY amount of mulch." lolwat. Anyone else notice how all these things the stalkers supposedly wasted their own money on in Rick's name happen to be things that the couple have a use for? Credit cards, furniture for the freshly redecorated halfhovel, mulch for planter boxes and weed plots.
• "They don't have lives, they don't have jobs, they don't have families, this is their entire existence." It's like a live action version of the copypaste, neato.
• Hosts starts talking about wanting to hear the other side of the story, because it obviously doesn't make any sense given Pat and Niki's version of events. Niki immediately interjects with backpedaling and stuttering, urges the host to not look to closely for the sake of his sanity. Also says there's things that look like documentaries that are "absolutely rife with bullshit."
• Host immediately perks up. "Wait, these insane cyberterrorists that want to kill you make video documentaries about you?"
• "Yeah, there's this one guy" "He's a FUCKING idiot" "Yeah, a fucking idiot" Keeping it classy. Again, completely normal behavior for frightened victims of one-sided cyberterrorism.
• Hahahaha the host plays Porsalin's Norm MacDonald teaser.
• Rick talks about the niggeroni Craigslist ad, claims we called the cops on him for it. They were self-admittedly drunk on a weekday and police "bashed" on his door. Police with hands on their guns demand to know "where the children are." This is totally a thing that happened and not farfetched in the slightest.
• Faggot host says we planned the call and then "patiently" awaited the bodycam footage after requesting it. Instead of what actually happened, that we only knew about the incident after Pig squealed about it on Twitter, it was verified using the 911 call logs, and only then did someone request the footage. Javier conveniently forgets to mention that no footage was ever released because it's an ongoing investigation. I don't think this adds up timewise either. The first verifiable swaTTing for Rick occurred in the second half of 2021, lockdown and the pepperoni bit were a lot earlier, weren't they? I think liar liar lane bryant pants on fire might be conflating incidents.
• Yeah, he's loying. Rick claims that the police also came "later" in November 2020 when Hoolies burned down.
• Rick correctly identifies July 2022 as the date in which the swaTTings began in earnest.
• Niki claims the contact form bit brought a lotta heat down on her.
• Niki swears and laughs throughout detailing the obituary shenanigans.
• New audio from the "swattings" i.e., police officer doing a respectful welfare check and leaving behind his card to a surly Rick. Host admits that "some" of these swatting weren't eventful.
• Rick describes the faucet swatting (when Niki was away, the one the neighbor recorded), says he was "furious". He also claims that an atalker texted him threatening to swat him two weeks before. Curiously, another blatant threat that we've never seen evidence of. In any case, he claims he contacted the police over it and told them not to visit the halfhovel if there was a shooting call or whatever. Niki says she contacted the FBI at the same time and told them they were about to be swatted. Police still show up and Rick goes into his infamous meltdown. Rick admits his micropenis was flopping in the wind.
• "Swatting #6" recording. Niki and Rick both being very curt with police knocking at the door.
• Another swatting recording made "two weeks ago" by the time of the interview. Rick goes "NEVER COME HERE AGAIN" mode again. "NEVER COME, YOU PERSONALLY, TO THIS HOUSE AGAIN."
• Another recording. "SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTHS", Rick screams at the police, calling them idiots and is enraged at the fact they're armed. "YOU'RE TRAUMATIZING MY WIIIIIFE". "27 TIMES, FOUR TIMES TODAY"
• Cop: "Have a better day, sir' Rick: "FUCK YOU"
• Niki and Rick blame the continued police response to the swatting calls on the idea that different shifts don't communicate and they're not cohesive as a whole. Seems a bit farfetched but not improbable in a shithole city like Milwaukee.
• Niki says that "last Tuesday" the police finally called and said they weren't going to try to answer calls anymore, just call the halfhovel and maybe drive by at most. Niki responds cuntily. Convenient for them that the swaTTing calls miraculously stopped at that same time, when the couple get assurance that no actual armed police officers would show up at their house in the future. Nobody except Pat and Niki know how the police respond and what they said to them, the only thing anyone on the outside can observe are the call logs. Again, very convenient for them.
• Rick: "We've had guns pointed at us probably more times than anyone outside of military or law enforcement."
• Host teases next episode, says he wants to really find out what our motivations are. It's clear he's a bit skeptical of some things Pat and Niki said.

Thanks for this, I was wondering if there was any instance where he explicitly said "someone else opened that Gemini account using my email", not seeing it here. It's almost a bummer, if someone made that Gemini account to impersonate Pat and order the swattings, odds are they would've left behind some clue to ID them...

If nobody else has anything related to the Gemini account showing Pat stating he didn't make it or it somehow being tied to the swattings/Torswats I'm going to delete my post since it would be too speculative.

Not true.
I was a huge fan of Norm on SNL. He was by far the best Weekend Update Host ever. Also I watched my VHS copy of Dirty Work until my VCR literally ate it. So no Pat, some of us were definitely Norm fans. I also watched The Norm Show religiously on ABC.

Norm doing update was prime comedy timing for me, because I was in my mid to late teens. I like Nealon before, but I'd also watch the show besides that. When Norm took over I usually only stayed through update then turned it off
