Someone once pointed out that because of technology, younger generations are able to see more naked women than every generation that came before them combined. To pretend like that's normal and that it wouldn't have an extremely detrimental effect on people is a completely delusional notion. I think it’s more the age you’re exposed to it. I definitely saw pornography by age 8 or 9 at the oldest.

Then by age 12 I was so far ahead of my parents in computer proficiency I was able to be online and essentially unsupervised.

I never really got into anything too crazy pornography wise. It’s more about how it changes your expectations. I also do believe it is addictive and dehumanizing and has had a huge Overton window effect.
