Could be onto something, whoever he was visiting told him to take a test in hopes it was positive so he would have to stay home.

Actually, now that I think about it this what happened -

Pig and Niki were planning to go to Tampa so they could visit some “friends” while there. They booked their trip and all and then let said friends know “Guess what friend child’s? Niki and I are coming to visit! And the friends thought “ugh” so they told the gruesome twosome to take a Covid test before coming since they CANT GET SICK! And crossed their fingers hoping they would have it since they are fat and gross.

Pat claims to have friends all over the world yet they all never come to visit him. He fly to Tampa and the friends probably meet them at a bar for a beer or two before having to get home because they have to work early in the morning.
