It's pretty fawkin disgusting. The Dan Man has deep coffers and is dealing with frivolous litigation that was shot down from the start, so ultimately none of this is that big of a deal, but you can tell from the brazenness that this isn't Linda's first rodeo and she's probably used to scamming people who are in way more desperate financial and legal straits. What a piece of shit.
